Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped within one business day. ETP Engine Parts is open Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• Australia Post
• StarTrack Express
• TNT Express
• DHL (Overseas Purchases)

ETP will not be held responsible for missing freight. It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow up any missing freight. ETP will assist where possible; however, ETP is limited to what the freight company can and cannot achieve in the case of missing or lost freight.
